Your conference registration fee includes…

To keep registration costs down, we’re unable to offer a one day registration fee. There will be no refunds after August 15th.
If you are paying by check, you must have your registration postmarked by September 28th. After September 28th we will only be able to accept paypal registrations. With paypal you can pay using your checking account or a credit card to pay your registration. It is free and easy to use. We will only be able to accept pay pal registrations after September 28th.
All cancelations must be received in writing by the NANC office no later than August 17th. All cancelations are subject to a $25 processing fee. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Cancelations received after August 17th or no shows will forfeit the entire fee. Substitutions are allowed but finding / arranging for the substitution is the complete responsibility of the attendee. If a substitution is made, the original attendee must notify Sue Downey at SueDowneyPA@aol.com before the replacement attendee will be allowed to enter the conference.
Hotel
Our wonderful experience at the Hilton has led us back for a second year. The Nannypalooza rate is $122 plus tax a night for a double room. This rate is only available for Friday and Saturday night.
Looking to cut down on hotel expenses? Consider sharing your room. All Nannypalooza rooms sleep up to 4 people. Simply indicate on your registration that you are interested in a roommate and we will contact you!

To make your reservation please call the Hilton at 1-800-the-Hilton and tell them you want to reserve a room in the Nannypalooza Block. You can also call the hotel directly 215-365-4150 and ask for reservations.
There are many other hotels in the Philadelphia Airport vicinity. NO TRANSPORTATION from these hotels will be provided, however there may be varying amenities or room rates that match your needs.

Transportation
Planes Philadelphia is served by the Philadelphia International Airport http://www.phl.org/index.html. The hotel offers a free 24 hour shuttle. After picking up your bags, call the hotel using the courtesy phones located in the baggage claim area.
Trains Amtrak runs into Philadelphia from all over the US and there is a local SEPTA line that runs right to the Philadelphia airport every half hour.
Automobiles Philadelphia is within driving distance of many cities. Travel time from Princeton, NJ is 1 hour, from central / northern NJ is 1 ¾ hours, from NYC is 2 hours, from Greenwich, CT is 2 ½ hours and from Washington, D.C. is 2 ¾ hours. Once you arrive, our hotel provides FREE parking. If you’d like to carpool with others from your area please contact us.
NOTE: If you would like a travel partner, please let us know. We will put you in contact with anyone attending from your area.
Friday and Saturday Evening Events
We will get together for an informal dinner on Friday night. Once you arrive at the hotel, come on down to the restaurant and look for us. More information will be sent to you closer to the conference.
